Deputy Attorney General Dr. Justice Srem Sai has announced that a significant number of individuals linked to the fraud at the National Service Secretariat (NSS) are willing to return the money they allegedly stole.
Dr. Srem Sai explained that the fraud includes various activities, such as paying for nonexistent National Service members and managing agricultural projects. While more suspects exist, the focus is on the efficient recovery of funds.

Many implicated individuals are open to returning the money and may even testify in court.
The Deputy Attorney General hinted at a strategy that could involve plea deals, allowing suspects to admit guilt in exchange for lesser sentences.
“The priority is to get the money back,” he stated, emphasizing that cooperation could lead to holding others accountable.
